During its recent sale opening and customer appreciation ceremony at Meliã Hotel, Hanoi, the developer of Imperia Sky Garden found its glamorous Mercedes a new owner as hundreds of condominium transactions were recorded successful.
Hours before showtime, the venue was swarmed with customers who wished to check in as early as possible and secure their preferred seats. Everyone was looking forward to the lucky draw, hoping that luck would be on his or her side. More than 1,200 people turned up, as calculated by the organizing board.
“I quickly made up my mind to buy a condominium at Imperia Sky Garden for its convenient location. The developer is also launching a number of incentive programs”, said Ms. Nguyen Bich Thuy (Hoan Kiem, Hanoi) after making a down payment on a three-bedroom condominium in the D building.
“Of all projects launched in the South of Hanoi, Imperia Sky Garden is considered hot cakes, because the average number of successful down payments is 50 units/week and even 70 units/week sometimes. The dramatic lucky draw took the audience on an emotional roller coaster with a VND 1.69 billion Mercedes at stake.
The special prize finally went to Ms. Dao Thanh Thuy, owner of the D2212 condominium. “Even now that I have seen the Mercedes with my own eyes and felt it, I still can’t believe it. I am over the moon that I will soon have a new home plus a fancy car”, exploded Thanh Thuy in happiness.
One first prize (a VND 80 million trip to the Rockefeller Center, New York, USA) and one second prize (a VND 70 million trip to Luxembourg Garden and Versailles Palace, France) went to Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Thuy (owner of the C1605 condominium) and Mr. Vu Dinh Hoang (owner of the B2305 condominium) respectively, enabling customers to see for themselves the architecture of other sky gardens worldwide. Five third prizes (a VND 20 million trip to Garden by the bay, Singapore, for two) and twenty consolation prizes (VND 5 million vouchers for two nights in Sol Beach House, Phu Quoc for two) were also awarded by the organizing board.
