At the ceremony of Dot Property Vietnam Awards 2019, MIKGroup was honored with 3 awards: Best Mixed-Use Developer Vietnam, Best Developer Hanoi, and Breakthrough Developer Vietnam.
 

On July 25^th, a gala night of Dot Property Vietnam Awards 2019 took place at The Reverie Saigon (HCMC) to honor prestigious developers, investors, projects with huge contributions to Vietnam real estate field in 2019. The event attracted hundreds of visitors, senior leaders from large entities and plenty of press and communication representatives.

Dot Property Vietnam Awards is a grand and prestigious award in the real estate field which aims at honoring developers, projects, real estate brokers or relevant entities in the industry with full competence as well as huge contributions to Vietnam real estate market in 2019. Award winners will continue to have opportunities to compete in the Asia final round taking place at the year end.

Passing many big names in the domestic real estate sector, MIKGroup was honored with 3 prestigious awards, including Best Mixed-Use Developer Vietnam 2019, Best Developer Hanoi 2019, and Breakthrough Developer Vietnam 2019.

In order to win the prize, MIKGroup satisfied stringent criteria such as construction quality, construction projects with convenient location for transport connection, potential customers in high-end segment and foreign investors, high sale ratio, customer care, and achievement in social – community contribution.

In addition to satisfying demanding criteria set out by the award, judges also highly appreciate the breakthrough in the project development strategy of MIKGroup when it gradually marked its footprint in the three most eventfully developing markets at present, being known as Hanoi, HCMC, and Phu Quoc.

In each respective area, MIKGroup introduced key product lines such as high-end Imperia apartments - Imperia Garden and Imperia Sky Garden in order to position itself in Hanoi market. Villas, shop-houses, collective semi-detached houses such as Villa Park, Villa Park Passion, Park Riverside, Park Riverside Premium, and Rio Vista were built in District 9 for HCMC market. In Phu Quoc, many resort and real estate projects have been developed such as Sol Beach House Phu Quoc and Mövenpick Resort Waverly Phu Quoc.

In particular, Imperia-branded apartments targeting the high-end segment, with convenient locations in the central Hanoi, share a common characteristic that they were all built in accordance with international applicable quality standards, in combination with green amenities and commercial shop-houses. Furthermore, the projects share optimal functional design and diverse choices of areas.

With the inner city villa product line, MIKGroup developed it into a project chain which was collectively situated in District 9, HCMC. Elegant Park Villas in Hanoi is the most recent project in this project chain. The construction of villa, semi-detached house, shop-house complexes for the real estate market in the East of Sai Gon enables MIKGroup’s reputation and brand to be positioned in the market. Meanwhile, luxurious Elegant Park Villa introduced into the market in Thach Ban Ward, Long Bien District in Hanoi was one of the most remarkable projects in the East of Hanoi.

In the segment of resort properties, the group set the orientation for the development of high-end resort projects under its cooperation with leading managers such as Meliá, Accor Hotels (one of the top 10 worldwide hotel management groups), and IHG - InterContinental Hotels Group (a brand of the biggest hotel in the world) in order to provide tourists with high-class services.
