MIKGROUP HANDS OVER “RED BOOKS” TO IMPERIA SKY GARDEN RESIDENTS

On the morning of May 15 2020, MIKGroup, the developer of Imperia Sky Garden project, cooperated with the project's investors to handover the official red books (land use right certificates) to future residents.
 
For housing projects, apart from transparency of legal documents and commitment to construction quality and progress, the timely handing over of red books (land use right certificates) to residents is a visible proof of reputation of investors and developer to their customers.

After officially handing over apartments to the residents in Q3 of 2019, Imperia Sky Garden continued to bring joy to its customers when some of the first residents have received their “red books”.
